Using Tinyjolt, connecting your music and managing your subscription.
The service
Tinyjolt is published under the name Ozeily. Contact: alban@ozeily.com. These terms cover tinyjolt.com and Tinyjolt Music, a browser extension that sends current music information to your stream overlay. Tinyjolt displays metadata; it does not supply music, capture audio or grant music broadcasting rights.
Account and access
Use a valid email address and protect your account, connection codes and overlay URLs. You must be able to enter a binding contract under the law that applies to you. An account, a supported desktop browser, an internet connection and an accessible web music player are required for the connected music overlay. Separate music-service accounts or subscriptions may be required.
Permissions are granted per website. Connect only players you are entitled to access. Compatibility depends on the player and the information it exposes; changes to third-party websites can temporarily affect a connector. We cannot promise compatibility with every website or native music application.
Acceptable use and rights
Use Tinyjolt lawfully and respect other people’s privacy, intellectual property and the terms of your music and streaming services. Do not bypass access controls, impersonate another user, disrupt the service or share another person’s private account information.
You retain rights in your own content and settings. You authorize the processing and display needed to deliver your chosen overlay. You are responsible for obtaining any rights needed to broadcast music and artwork. Tinyjolt is not affiliated with the music services, Google, OBS or streaming platforms whose names may identify compatibility.
Free and paid plans
Available features and limits are described on the pricing page. The free plan may include Tinyjolt branding and the limits displayed with that plan. Installing the extension does not purchase a paid subscription.
If you purchase a subscription, checkout shows the currency, total, applicable taxes, billing period and renewal terms before you pay. Monthly subscriptions renew monthly; annual subscriptions are charged upfront and renew annually. The price and interval confirmed at checkout apply to your purchase. No payment is due merely for visiting the site or creating an account.
Cancellation and consumer rights
Manage your subscription through your account and the Stripe billing portal when a subscription is active. Cancellation stops future renewal on the date shown in the portal. Ordinary cancellation does not automatically refund a period already paid; statutory withdrawal, refund and conformity rights still apply.
Where EU distance-contract rules apply, you generally have 14 days from conclusion of the contract to notify us of withdrawal. Send a clear request to alban@ozeily.com with your account email, purchase date and reference. Merely accepting these terms does not waive mandatory rights. Any exception or proportionate charge must meet the applicable legal conditions. If a statutory refund is due, it is made within the applicable legal period using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed at no cost.
Availability and account closure
Maintenance, technical incidents and third-party changes can interrupt the service. Contact us if an overlay or purchase does not work as described. Applicable legal guarantees for digital services remain available; these terms do not exclude liability or consumer protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.
We may restrict access when necessary to address abuse, a security threat or a legal obligation, with notice where possible. You can stop using Tinyjolt, uninstall the extension and request account deletion by email. Cancel any active subscription before requesting closure and contact us about unresolved billing issues.
Privacy, changes and disputes
The privacy policy explains data use, recipients and your rights. The date above identifies this version of the terms. Material changes affecting an ongoing subscription must respect applicable notice and consumer-protection requirements.
Send complaints to alban@ozeily.com so we can seek a resolution. These terms do not deprive you of mandatory protections in your country of residence or access to competent authorities and courts.
